Each day adds up the moving planets over both charts (the transits), over the points where the charts touch and over the relationship chart (the composite, computed from both charts): score A + B + C + D, with the three biggest factors under “Understand the reading”. Green from +4, red from -3, yellow in between; the day Venus changes direction counts as red. After you compute, this holds the points where the charts touch, both charts' positions and each day's score.
This preview uses no birthplace, so there is no Ascendant (how you present yourself) or houses. The rest is Cosmea's full computation, with the same rules, for 90 days: moving planets over both charts, the void-of-course Moon (the Moon loose, touching no planet; traditionally not the time to start something new) and eclipses (the Sun dimmed or the Moon hidden over a point of the chart; traditionally call for observation before action).
Traditional astrological reading for entertainment, with no guaranteed outcome. A green day means the astrological weather traditionally helps closeness; a red day, that it traditionally calls for patience. Not advice about anyone's feelings or choices.
The colours come from both charts and the real sky and are traditional astrological interpretation, for entertainment. Controlled studies have not shown astrology predicts events. Use it to choose the moment for conversations.
Positions come from an ephemeris checked against Swiss Ephemeris on 200 charts from 1936 to 2026, within 0.01 degree.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is synastry? Do I need to know astrology?
Synastry means comparing two people’s birth charts. You do not need to know the terms: enter your details and read what each day means. Cosmea uses that comparison to help build a calendar, without rating your relationship or claiming to know anyone’s feelings.
How does the calculator work without a birth time?
Apart from the Moon, the planets move less than 1 degree a day, so the date alone places them. The Moon moves about 14 degrees a day; a noon chart carries a 7-degree uncertainty, which we show, and meeting points with that Moon count half.
What counts as a point where the charts touch?
A fusion (conjunction), light harmony (sextile), friction (square), flow (trine) or polarity (opposition) between a planet in one chart and a planet in the other, at most 2 degrees apart, where at least one of the two is the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars or the lunar Node.
How are the colours computed?
Each day adds up the moving planets over both charts (the transits), over the points where the charts touch and over the relationship chart (the composite, computed from both charts), with the usual weights from the practitioner literature. Green from +4 up, red from -3 down, yellow in between. The day Venus stops in the sky and changes direction (a station) is red for new commitments.
Do I need the other person's birth date?
No. If you only know their sign, pick it: the calendar uses your chart and their sign, with the same sky and the same 90 days. With their birth date it uses both full charts, including the points where they touch; you can add the date later without paying again.
What do you do with my data?
Nothing: it never leaves your browser. The charts are computed here, with the same ephemeris Cosmea uses. The site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel only to count visits, calculator runs and ad results; the dates you type never enter that count.
